Abbotsford Judo claims 14 medals at the Vancouver Tournament
	On January 31st 2009, competitors from the Abbotsford Judo Club walked away from the tournament with fourteen gold medals, a result of a tremendous effort from our athletes. The Club did well across all divisions, medaling in both Jr. and Sr. categories at all levels of experience. Our senior athletes now have their sights set on the Steveston International tournament to be held on February 21st.

Abbotsford Competitors headed to Germany

Aaron McFadden, Jesse Jobb and Brandon Jobb will be travelling to Bremen, Germany in March of 2009 to participate in a Jr. tournament and camp. This is a great developmental opportunity for our athletes as it will allow them to gain valuable international experience as well as an opportunity to test their skills against some of Europe’s best fighters. We wish the boys all the best as we send them out to represent out club. We know it will be a great experience for them.
